AACTA WIN FOR SECRET RIVER

Congratulations to Ruby Entertainment for taking home the 2015 AACTA award for Best Production Design in Television for The Secret River. Well done to Herbert Pinter, Michael Rumpf and the whole design and art team!

The Secret River was an ambitious vision for the small screen, featuring vast untouched landscapes and sprawling colonial settlements of early NSW. Chroma worked closely with production design and art department to help create hundreds of visual effects shots including set extensions, CG structures, location and landscape augmentations, watercraft and more.

The Secret River is a great example of striking the balance between practical and digital production design to deliver huge scale to the small screen.
